so i am trying to find the best deal for a new camera (of course, because im crazy and dont want to be swindled) but this is exactly what happened. i ordered a canon eos xti camera with 28-70 mm lens, and 70-300 mm lens. nowhere on the site did it say that the lenses were plastic!! but come to find out when i confirmed my order over the phone that the lenses were plastic and i could upgrade to high resolution glass lenses for about 1000 bucks.
ugh! swindled again! so i cancelled the order and resolved to buy the camera from somewhere more trusted and well known….a place that doesnt try to sell you plastic lenses without your knowledge!!!
